About Dr. Wadke

Raised in a family of physicians in Mumbai, India, Dr. Amit Wadke learned the values of compassion, care, and service from an early age. This foundation led him to the United States, where he earned a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Seton Hall University in New Jersey.

After finishing his first Master’s degree, Dr. Wadke spent more than a decade working in pulmonary medicine, sleep medicine, and oncology research on the East Coast. During this time, he supported patients and families through some of life’s most difficult moments, an experience that shaped his approach to care. He learned to combine clinical expertise with empathy and a focus on improving quality of life.

Dr. Wadke completed a two-year advanced residency in Orofacial Pain, a specialty recognized by the American Dental Association. His expertise encompasses a wide range of orofacial pain conditions, including Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) disorders, jaw movement issues, Neuropathic and Neurovascular Pain, as well as headaches and Sleep disorders such as Obstructive Sleep Apnea. In addition, he earned a Master of Science degree with research focused on TMJ disorders and Orofacial Pain management. Dr. Wadke’s areas of specialization—Orofacial Pain, TMJ Disorders, and Obstructive Sleep Apnea—affect millions of individuals, yet remain commonly misunderstood and undertreated.

Since his residency, Dr. Wadke has been proudly serving patients throughout the Pacific Northwest, helping them find relief from chronic pain, improve their sleep, and regain their quality of life. In addition to his clinical work, he continues to teach residents in his field, publish research in peer-reviewed journals, provide care in nursing and memory care facilities, and support the U.S. Armed Forces by conducting troop readiness exams at defense installations across Washington State.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Wadke enjoys hiking, traveling, live music and comedy shows, and spending time with family and friends. He is also actively involved in community service, volunteering with local food banks and animal shelters.

Dr. Wadke’s mission is simple: to help his patients live pain-free, sleep better, and enjoy life to the fullest through compassionate, personalized care every step of the way.
